Class Description
Join certified Non-Linear Movement Method® teacher Kelly Anne Carter for a transformative class designed to reconnect you to your body’s innate wisdom. NLMM® is a gentle yet powerful way to engage with the nervous system, release tension and unlock the freeze response. The practice is typically done on all fours (this can be modified as needed) and with eyes closed to encouraging deep internal awareness. Whether you’re looking to let go of stress, build a deeper connection with your body, or simply explore a new way of moving, this class provides a safe and supportive space for self-exploration. Through NLMM®, Kelly offers a unique opportunity to cultivate presence, release old patterns, and explore new possibilities. What to expect: * A one hour guided practice with music, allowing you to move at your own pace. * Time for rest and reintegration at the end of each session. * A focus on internal sensations and emotions, with continuous movement to unfreeze the body and balance the nervous system. * A strong, supportive container where you can feel safe to explore and let go.
